摘要:
目的 评价不同干预措施对语言发育迟缓患儿康复疗效的有效性。方法 通过PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库检索关于不同干预措施对儿童语言发育迟缓疗效的随机对照试验。检索年限为2010年1月至2020年12月,数据分析软件采用Revman 5.3、ADDIS 1.16.6进行。结果 共纳入12项随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),共计7种干预措施976名患儿。研究显示,除听觉统合训练外,医教结合模式、早期护理、针刺疗法、口肌结合训练、鼓励性心理康复护理、家庭康复护理的应用对语言发育迟缓患儿疗效的改善与常规语言训练相比,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。7种干预方法中,鼓励性心理康复护理有效提高康复疗效可能性最大,口肌结合训练次之,听觉统合训练最小。结论 鼓励性心理康复护理可能是提高语言发育迟缓患儿康复疗效的最优护理措施,但其适用性还需进一步验证。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different intervention measures in the rehabilitation of children with language development delay.Methods The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCT)about the effects of different intervention measures on the children's language development delay.The publication time frame was from January,2010 to December,2020.The data was analyzed using Revman 5.3 and ADDIS 1.16.6.Results A total of 12 RCTs were included, involving 7 intervention measures,and 976 children.In addition to the auditory integration training,the application of the medicine-education integration model,early nursing,acupuncture therapy,oral-muscle integration training,encouraging psychological rehabilitation nursing,and home-based rehabilitation nursing was found with better effects on children with language development delay when compared with conventional language training,with the differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).Among the 7 intervention measures,encouraging psychological rehabilitation nursing showed the greatest potentials of effectively improving the rehabilitation effects,followed by oral-muscle integration training,while auditory integration training reported the least potentials. Conclusions Encouraging psychological rehabilitation nursing may be the best nursing measure to improve the rehabilitation effects on children with language development delay,but its applicability needs further verification.
