摘要:
目的 了解青少年1型糖尿病患者的疾病感受与体验,为制订临床护理干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用现象学研究法对江苏省某三级甲等医院2021年1-6月收治的12例青少年1型糖尿病患者进行深入访谈,使用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果 青少年1型糖尿病患者的疾病感受与体验可归纳为3个主题:经历疾病挑战、个人应对、创伤后成长。结论 青少年1型糖尿病患者在疾病的困境中艰难应对,并获得心理成长; 医护人员应持续关注此类患者的情绪反应和心理感受,探索有效干预策略,促进其心理转变。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the disease perception and experience of adolescents with type 1 diabetes,and provide a reference for formulating clinical nursing intervention measures.Methods The phenomenological research method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 12 adolescents with type 1 diabetes who were admitted to a tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province from January to June 2021,and the data was analyzed by the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results The disease perceptions and experiences of adolescents with type 1 diabetes can be summarized into three themes:experiencing disease challenges,personal coping,and post-traumatic growth.Conclusions Adolescents with type 1 diabetes are struggling to cope with the plight of the disease and obtain psychological growth.Medical staff should continue to pay attention to the emotional reactions and psychological feelings of such patients,and explore effective intervention strategies to promote their psychological transformation.
