摘要:
目的 修订Bristol母乳喂养评估工具(Bristol breastfeeding assessment tool,BBAT)以适应目前临床环境,并进行初步测试; 探索Bristol母乳喂养评估工具的评估效能。方法 参考量表的跨文化翻译步骤,经过翻译、修订及信效度检验,形成BBAT量表的临床应用版。进一步开展量表初步测试,基于BBAT评分及产后6周的母乳喂养结局绘制受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线。研究工具包括产妇一般资料调查表、修订后BBAT量表、母乳喂养技能评估表。结果 修订后BBAT量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.711,重测信度为0.960,内容效度指数为0.963,效标关联效度0.769。该量表的诊断性评价分析显示,ROC曲线下面积为0.792,最佳截点值为>5分,特异度89.74%,灵敏度51.81%。结论 BBAT量表的心理学测量结果均达到量表应用标准,具有一定的信效度。BBAT量表是一个有效的母乳喂养技能评估工具,且在一定程度上能预测母乳喂养结局,对有早期断奶风险的产妇具有筛查作用。
Abstract:
Objective To revise the Bristol breastfeeding assessment tool(BBAT)to fit in the current clinical setting and conduct preliminary testing.And to explore the efficacy of the BBAT.Methods The clinical application version of BBAT scale was established after translation,revision and reliability and validity test,and the preliminary test of the scale was conducted.The ROC curve was drawn based on BBAT score combined with the outcomes of breastfeeding at 6 weeks postpartum.Results The Cronbach's α coefficient and retest reliability of the revised BBAT scale were 0.711 and 0.960 respectively.The content validity index was 0.963,and the criterion correlation validity was 0.769.The diagnostic evaluation analysis of BBAT scale showed that the area under ROC curve was 0.792,the optimal cut-off point value was>5 points,the specificity was 89.74%,and the sensitivity was 51.81%.Conclusions The psychological measurement results of BBAT scale have reached the standard of scale application and have certain reliability and validity.The BBAT scale is an effective evaluation tool for breastfeeding skills,and can predict the outcome of breastfeeding to a certain extent.It has certain screening value for women at risk of early weaning.
