摘要:
目的 分析近十年国内外糖尿病痛苦研究领域现状、热点,为我国糖尿病痛苦研究提供参考。方法 通过CNKI与 Web of Science数据库检索2010-2020年国内外糖尿病痛苦研究相关文献,运用可视化软件CiteSpace进行分析。结果 国内外共同研究热点为糖尿病痛苦对患者生活质量的影响,我国热点为糖尿病痛苦影响因素,国外研究热点为糖尿病痛苦与抑郁的关系、对疾病管理中血糖控制和胰岛素使用的影响及糖尿病痛苦的流行病学调查。结论 与国际相比,国内糖尿病痛苦研究存在较大差距; 关注国际研究现状及热点,对于国内开展相关研究具有重要价值和意义。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the status quo and hot spots in the field of diabetes distress research at home and abroad in the past ten years,and to provide references for related research.Methods The CNKI and Web of Science databases were used to retrieve relevant literature on diabetes distress research at home and abroad from 2010 to 2020,and the visualization software CiteSpace was used for analysis.Results The domestic and foreign joint research hotspots were the impact of diabetes distress on the quality of life of patients. Another hotspot in China was the influencing factors of diabetes distress. Foreign research hotspots were the relationship between diabetic distress and depression,the influence on glycemic control and insulin use in disease management,and the epidemiological investigation of diabetic distress.Conclusions Compared with the foreign studies,there is a big gap in domestic diabetes distress research.The depth and breadth of the domestic research still need to be expanded. Paying attention to the current status and hotspots of international research is of great value and significance for domestic research.
