摘要:
目的 探讨青少年癌症幸存者重返校园的体验与期待,为医护人员制定相应干预措施提供参考依据。方法 目的抽样法选取广州市某三级甲等肿瘤医院11例青少年癌症幸存者为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行深入的半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi 7 步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 青少年癌症幸存者重返校园的体验与期待可归纳为以下3个主题:重返校园带来的益处、重返校园的困境、重返校园的需求与希望。结论 重返校园给青少年癌症幸存者带来了诸多益处,建议医护人员应加强对此类人群的关注,协助其顺利重返校园,更好地适应校园生活。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the experience and expectations of adolescent cancer survivors who return to school, and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select 11 adolescent cancer survivors in a tertiary A tumor hospital in Guangzhou.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the phenomenological research methods,and Colaizzi 7 steps analysis was used to analyze the data.Results the experience and expectations of adolescent cancer survivors who returned to school were summarized into three themes:the benefits of returning to school,the difficulties of returning to school,the needs and hopes of returning to school.Conclusions Returning to school brings many benefits to adolescent cancer survivors,but there are some difficulties.It is suggested that medical staff should strengthen their attention to such groups,help them to return to campus smoothly,and promote their better adaptation to campus life.
