摘要:
目的 系统评价我国不孕症女性患者的心理体验。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、VIP、PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane library、EMbase数据库中有关中国不孕症女性心理体验质性研究,检索时间限为建库至2020年6月,对纳入文献进行质量评价后,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行分析。结果 共纳入研究文献9篇,提炼出34个完整结果,相似结果归纳为9个类别,最后综合为4个整合结果:不孕女性面临的主要压力和挑战; 负性体验突出; 应对策略; 渴望理解和支持。结论 护理工作者应理解中国传统家庭价值观念下不孕症女性面临的困境,重视对不孕症女性的人文护理关怀,向其提供情感支持与疏导,以提高其生活质量与心理健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the psychological experience of infertile women in China.Methods The databases of CNKI,WANFANG,CBM,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library and EMbase were searched for the articles related to the qualitative studies on psychological experience of infertile women in China.After the quality evaluation of the included literatures,the results were analyzed by Meta-synthesis.Results A total of 9 studies were included,and 34 complete findings were grouped according to their similarities to form 9 categories.Finally,four integrated results were summarized: Major stresses and challenges faced by infertile women; negative experiences were prominent; coping strategies; desire for understanding and supports.Conclusions Nursing workers should understand the difficulties faced by infertile women under traditional Chinese family values,pay attention to humanistic care for infertile women,and provide emotional support and counseling to them,so as to improve the quality of life and mental health of infertile women.
