摘要:
目的 基于成对分析的主体-客体互倚模型(actor-partner interdependence model,APIM),探讨家庭弹性对创伤后成长在血液透析患者及其照顾者间的交互影响。方法 便利抽样选取天津市某三级甲等医院血液透析门诊的241对血液透析患者及其照顾者为研究对象,采用家庭弹性评定量表中文简化版、创伤后成长评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果 患者及其照顾者的家庭弹性、创伤后成长总分不存在差异(P>0.05),且家庭弹性和创伤后成长呈正相关(P<0.05),APIM分析结果显示,两者的家庭弹性均能正向预测自身及对方创伤后成长。结论 患者及其照顾者创伤后成长受到自身和对方的家庭弹性的交互影响; 为帮助患者及其照顾者更好地适应疾病,促进共同成长,建议为血液透析患者家庭建构具有弹性的家庭支持系统,并将患者及其照顾者视为共同体,整合到促进彼此的心身良好调试中,从而提高其创伤后成长水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the interaction effect between family resilience and posttraumatic growth in hemodialysis patients and their caregivers based on dyadic analysis of Actor-partner Interdependence Model(APIM).Methods By convenience sampling method,241 hemodialysis patient-caregiver dyads were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Tianjin,and were surveyed using the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory Chinese version and the Shortened Chinese Version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale.Results There was no significant difference in the total scores of family resilience and posttraumatic growth(P>0.05).Family resilience of patients and their caregivers were positively correlated with posttraumatic growth(P<0.05).APIM-based analysis indicated that family resilience can positively predict the posttraumatic growth of patients and their partners.Conclusions Patients’ and caregivers’ posttraumatic growth were affected by their own and their partner’s Family Resilience.In order to help patients and their caregivers better adapt to the disease and facilitate common growth,it is suggested to construct a family support system with resilience for hemodialysis patient families,and treat patients and their caregivers as a unit,and integrate both parties as important resources to promote each other’s psychological and physiological in good adjustment.
