摘要:
目的 从首发脑卒中患者照护者的角度出发,探讨其家庭抗逆力水平及影响因素。方法 2020年7-8月,采用便利抽样法选择7所三级甲等医院的288例首发脑卒中患者主要家庭照护者为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、家庭弹性评定量表中文简化版(shortened Chinese version of the family resilience assessment scale,FRAS-C)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、家庭关怀度指数测评量表(family concern index questionnaire, APGAR)、社会支持量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对其进行问卷调查。结果 首发脑卒中患者照护者FRAS-C得分为(99.48±13.07)分; 其中持有积极看法维度得分最高、利用社会资源维度得分最低。多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者脑卒中类型、家庭氛围、APGAR、GSES、SSRS水平等可预测照护者家庭抗逆力水平(均P<0.05),以上因素可解释40.9% 的变异量。结论 首发脑卒中患者照护者FRAS-C处于中等偏低水平并受多种因素影响,可通过提高照护者自我效能感、改善其家庭氛围、提高家庭关怀度及社会支持水平促进FRAS-C的提升。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the level of family resilience in first-stroke patient from the perspective of family caregivers and to explore its influencing factors. Methods By convenience sampling method,288 family caregivers of the first-stroke in 7 tertiary hospitals from July to August 2020 were investigated.General information questionnaire,Shortened Chinese Version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale(FRAS-C),General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES),Family Concern Index Questionnaire(APGAR)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used for investigation.Results The total score of FRAS-C in the caregivers of first-stroke patient was 99.48±13.07.The score of positive view was the highest,and the score of using social resources was the lowest.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the type of stroke,family atmosphere,the levels of APGAR,GSES,SSRS can predict the family resilience level of stroke caregivers(allP<0.05).The above factors explained 40.9% of the variance.Conclusions The score of FRAS-C in the caregivers of first-stroke patient is at a moderately low level,which is affected by many factors.It can be promoted by improving the general self-efficacy,family atmosphere,family care and social support of caregivers.
