摘要:
目的 探讨应对方式在青中年缺血性脑卒中患者社会支持与疾病不确定感间的中介效应。方法 2019年6-12月,便利抽样法选取河南省5所三级甲等医院收治的青中年缺血性脑卒中患者194例为研究对象,采用社会支持量表、医学应对方式问卷、疾病不确定感量表对其进行调查。结果 青中年缺血性脑卒中患者疾病不确定感总分为(79.91±10.35)分,处于中等水平。社会支持与疾病不确定感呈负相关(r=-0.342,P<0.01),面对与疾病不确定感呈负相关(r=-0.278,P<0.01),回避、屈服与疾病不确定感呈正相关(r1=0.312,r2=0.244,均P<0.01)。路径分析结果显示,应对方式在社会支持与疾病不确定感间发挥部分中介作用,占总效应的45.71%。结论 社会支持通过应对方式影响疾病不确定感,医护人员需重视患者应对疾病时的态度和行为,以便提供有针对性的应对干预策略,以降低患者的疾病不确定感。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating role of coping styles between social support and uncertainty in illness among young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke.Methods From June to December 2019,the convenience sampling method was used to investigate 194 stroke patients in 5 tertiary A hospitals in Henan Province by Social Support Rate Scale,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,and Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale.Results The total scores of MUIS for young and middle-aged patients was(79.91±10.35),which was in the moderate level.Social support was negatively correlated with uncertainty(r=-0.342,P<0.01),facing was negatively correlated with uncertainty(r=-0.278,P<0.01),avoidance and yielding was positively correlated with uncertainty(r1=0.312,r2=0.244,all P<0.01).Path analysis results showed that coping styles play a partial mediating role in social support and uncertainty,45.71% of total effect.Conclusions Social support affects uncertainty through coping styles.Medical staff should pay attention to patients' attitudes and behaviors when coping with diseases,so as to provide targeted coping intervention strategies according to different coping styles to reduce patients' uncertainty.
