摘要:
目的 探讨急诊科护士同情心疲乏体验,分析相关因素与影响,并提出针对性策略。方法 采用最大差异抽样法,于2019年5月至2020年1月选取来自上海市3所三级甲等医院的11名急诊科护士进行半结构式个人访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析。结果 分析资料提炼得出4个主题:同情心疲乏体验复杂多样、同情心疲乏与多种因素相关、同情心疲乏可产生负性影响、采取多种同情心疲乏应对策略,共包含12个类属。结论 急诊科护士同情心疲乏体验的发生发展过程与多种因素相关,其结局会影响该群体的工作及生活状态。医院及护理管理者应针对急诊科护士同情心疲乏体验,提供多维度的支持策略。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the compassion fatigue experiences of emergency nurses,analyze relevant factors and outcomes,and put forward targeted coping strategies.Methods Maximum difference sampling was adopted,and 11 emergency nurses from three tertiary hospitals in Shanghai City were enrolled for semi-structured individual interviews from May 2019 to January 2020.Colaizzi's analysis method was employed to analyze the data.Results Four themes were extracted from the analyzed data,including complexity and diversity of compassion fatigue experiences,diverse factors associated with compassion fatigue,adverse influences of compassion fatigue,multiple strategies to cope with compassion fatigue,with a total of twelve clusters.Conclusions Compassion fatigue of emergency nurses are related with many factors.Its outcomes may influence emergency nurses' working and life.Hospitals and nursing managers should provide multi-dimensional support strategies to cope with the emergency nurses' compassion fatigue.
