摘要:
目的 了解烧伤救援能力培训项目的组训者对烧伤标准化伤员的能力需求,为未来烧伤标准化伤员的选拔、评价和培训提供参考依据。方法 2022年4-5月,采用目的抽样法选取15名烧伤救援能力培训项目的组训者进行半结构访谈,通过Colaizzi 7步法分析和整理访谈资料。结果 受访者对烧伤标准化伤员的胜任力要素需求可归纳为3个主题和9个亚主题:理论知识(医学知识、烧伤专科知识、标准化伤员基本知识); 技能(表演能力、评估能力、反馈能力); 综合素质(职业素养、身体素质、性格特征)。结论 研究烧伤标准化伤员的胜任力要素,可能有助于未来对烧伤标准化伤员的招募、评价和培训。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the needs of trainers in the burn rescue ability training program for the ability of burn standardized wounded soldier(SWS),so as to provide reference for the selection,evaluation,and training of burn SWS in the future.Methods From April to May 2022,the purpose sampling method was used to select 15 trainers of the burn rescue ability training program for semi-structured interviews.The interview data were analyzed and sorted out by Colaizzi 7-step method.Results The demands for competency elements of burn SWS could be summarized into 3 themes and 9 sub-themes: theoretical knowledge(medical knowledge,burn specialist knowledge,and basic knowledge of standardized wounded patients),skills(performance ability,evaluation ability,and feedback ability),comprehensive quality(professional quality,physical quality,and personality characteristics).Conclusion Studying the competency elements of burn SWS may be helpful for the recruitment,evaluation,and training of burn SWS in the future.
