摘要:
目的 基于CIPP模式,构建全面、科学可靠的高职护理专业技能综合情景模拟学习成效他评指标。方法 综合利用质性和量性研究结果,拟订初期考评指标条目池,利用德尔菲专家函询法对15名专家进行函询并确定各级指标权重。结果 问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.90,肯德尔和谐系数由0.17升至0.24(均P<0.01),最终形成含4个一级维度(背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和结果评价)、12个二级维度和43个三级条目的高职护理专业技能综合情景模拟学习成效他评指标体系。结论 高职护理专业技能综合情景模拟学习成效他评指标体系构建科学全面,具有一定应用价值,可为护理教育者对高职护生技能综合情景模拟实践评价提供客观、可量化的参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To establish a comprehensive,scientific,and reliable other-rating index system of learning effectiveness of integrated scenario simulation of nursing professional skills in higher vocational colleges based on CIPP model.Methods Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative studies,a pool of initial evaluation indexes was developed,and the weights of each index were determined by correspondence with 15 experts according to Delphi method.Results The effective respond rate of the questionnaire survey was 100%,the expert authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.90,and the Kendall's concordance coefficient(W)increased from 0.17 to 0.24(all P<0.01).Finally,the other-rating index system of the learning effectiveness of the integrated scenario simulation of nursing professional skills in higher vocational colleges was formed,which includes four first-level dimensions(background rating,input rating,in-process rating,and result rating),12 second-level dimensions,and 43 items on the third-level.Conclusions The other-rating index system of the learning effectiveness of the integrated scenario simulation of nursing professional skills in higher vocational colleges is scientific and comprehensive,which has certain application value and can provide objective and quantifiable reference for nursing educators to evaluate higher vocational college students' practice in the integrated scenario simulation of nursing professional skills.
