摘要:
目的 全面了解失智患者家庭照顾者的情感体验和内心需求,为提高和改善照顾者生活质量提供参考。方法 全面检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,纳入所有关于失智患者家庭照顾者照护体验和需求的质性研究,检索时限为2015年1月至2021年12月。结果 共纳入14篇文献,提炼出34个结果、归纳为8个新类别,合成3个整合结果:照护负担沉重、积极应对压力、渴望获得支持。结论 家庭、社区、医疗机构、政府和社会应充分关注失智患者家庭照顾者的照护情感体验和需求,并给予相应的支持和帮助,以提升其照护能力及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To comprehensively understand the emotional experience and inner needs of family caregivers of patients with dementia,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of caregivers.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical literature database were searched to include all qualitative studies on the caregiving experience and needs of family caregivers of patients with dementia.The search period was from January 2015 to December 2021.Results A total of 14 literatures were included,and 34 results were extracted and summarized into 8 new categories.3 integrated results were synthesized,namely heavy care burden,actively cope with stress and desired for support.Conclusions Families,communities,medical institutions,the government and society should pay full attention to the emotional experience and needs of the family caregivers of dementia patients,and provide corresponding support and help to improve their caring ability and quality of life.
