摘要:
目的 构建“重建自我”癌症患者重返工作适应性干预方案。方法 基于癌症患者重返工作适应体验和应对资源理论模型,通过小组讨论和文献检索,形成干预方案草案。根据结构性访谈和德尔菲专家咨询结果,修改干预方案。结果 根据50名研究对象的结构性访谈结果,修订干预方案草案。15名专家经过2轮咨询后意见趋于一致,专家权威系数为0.837,2轮咨询各条目合适程度的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.340、0.404,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。构建的干预方案确定了干预主题,干预内容、目的及方式,纳入和排除标准,评价指标和评价时间。结论 该研究构建的干预方案具有一定的科学性,能为未来研究者开展可行性和预试验研究提供指导。
Abstract:
Objective To construct an intervention protocol rebuilding oneself for cancer patients' return-to-work adaptation.Methods Based on the cancer patients' adaptation experience and coping resource model,the preliminary intervention protocol was developed through group discussion and literature searching.Then the preliminary intervention protocol was revised based on the results of structured interviews with stakeholders and Delphi expert consultation.Results Based on the results of structured interviews with 50 objectives,the intervention protocol was revised.Totally 15 experts were enrolled in the Delphi expert consultation,and their opinions tended to be consistent after 2 rounds of consultation.The expert authority coefficient was 0.837,and the Kendall's W of each items' suitability were 0.340 and 0.404 in 2 rounds consultation respectively with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).This protocol was constructed to identify the theme,the content,purpose and method, inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluation indicators and evaluation time.Conclusions The intervention protocol is scientific which can provide guidance for future researchers to carry out feasibility and pilot studies.
