摘要:
目的 系统评价痴呆恐惧的检出率及其影响因素，引起人们对痴呆恐惧的重视，并为后续的护理干预提供参考依据。方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方及维普数据库中有关痴呆恐惧的横断面研究，检索时限为建库至2022年4月10日，对纳入文献进行质量评价，运用Stata 16.0进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入22篇文献，包括23 612名受访者。痴呆恐惧的检出率为43%[95%CI(0.33～0.54)]。亚洲地区，女性，年龄>60岁，身体健康状况较差以及中国人(与印度人相比)痴呆恐惧的检出率更高。结论 痴呆恐惧的检出率较高，应针对重点人群及其相关因素进行早期的识别与干预，改善痴呆恐惧状态。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the detection rate of dementia fear and its influencing factors, so as to arouse the attention to dementia fear and provide references for subsequent nursing interventions.Methods The databases of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang and VIP were retrieved for the cross-sectional studies on dementia fear.The retrieval time frame was from inception to April 10th, 2022.The quality of involved literature was appraised and the Stata 16.0 was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 22 articles were included, covering 23, 612 respondents.The detection rate of dementia fear was 43%[95%CI(0.33-0.54)].Respondents who lived in Asian regions, were female, aged over 60 years old, with poorer physical health, and were Chinese(compared with Indian)reported higher detection rate of dementia fear.Conclusions The detection rate of dementia fear is high.Early identification and intervention should be carried out targeted on key groups and related factors, so as to ameliorate the state of dementia fear.
