摘要:
目的 了解国内外中域理论在护理诊断中的发展和应用情况,为我国护理学者提供理论借鉴。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、WOS、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国基础设施工程数据库、维普期刊资源整合服务平台和万方数据知识服务平台,筛选护理诊断中域理论的相关研究,并对纳入的文献进行信息提取和汇总。结果 最终共纳入6篇文献,纳入文献的发表时间为2019-2021年,均来自巴西。文献研究的归纳法和理论分析的演绎法是护理诊断中域理论发展的主要方法,目前护理诊断中域理论的发展仍处于探索阶段,有待开展临床验证研究进行完善和补充。结论 中域理论拓宽了护理诊断的概念,可以帮助护理人员在提出护理诊断时提供理论指导。我国护理诊断中域理论尚处于起步阶段,仍需要研究人员对其进行不断探索。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the development and application of middle-range theory in nursing diagnosis,and to provide theoretical reference for Chinese nursing scholars.Methods PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,WOS,Chinese biomedical literature database,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang were searched to identify relevant articles,and key information was extracted and summarized from the included articles.Results Finally,a total of 6 articles were included.The included articles were published from 2019 to 2021,all from Brazil.The induction method of literature research and the deduction method of theoretical analysis were the main methods for the development of the theory of nursing diagnosis.At present,the development of the theory of nursing diagnosis was still in the exploratory stage,and needed to be improved and supplemented by clinical validation research.Conclusions The middle-range theory broadens the concept of nursing diagnosis,and can help nurses provide theoretical guidance when proposing nursing diagnosis. There is a dearth of Chinese research developing middle-range theory applied in nursing diagnosis,which is urgent to be studied through further research.
