摘要:
目的 系统评价悬吊训练对脑卒中患者的干预效果,为提高护理质量提供参考。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、Medline、EBSCO、Scopus、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于悬吊训练对脑卒中患者干预效果的随机对照实验,采用RevMan 5.4进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入16篇文献,共814例患者。结果显示,悬吊训练可以改善患者的平衡功能(P<0.001),提高日常生活活动能力(P<0.001),改善上肢运动功能(P<0.001)、下肢运动功能(P<0.001)、平衡功能(P=0.001); 但对“起立-行走”计时无明显影响(P=0.12)。结论 悬吊训练可以改善脑卒中患者平衡功能、运动功能和日常生活活动能力; 但由于纳入的文献数量及质量有限,故需要高质量研究以进一步证实其在脑卒中患者康复护理中的作用。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the effects of sling exercise therapy on stroke patients,so as to provide reference for improving nursing quality.Methods The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,Medline,EBSCO,Scopus,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were searched for randomized controlled trials about the effects of sling exercise therapy on stroke patients.The RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 16 articles were included,involving 814 patients.Sling exercise therapy was found to improve the patients' balance function(P<0.001),activities of daily living(P<0.001),motor function of upper limbs(P<0.001),motor function of lower limbs(P<0.001)and balance function(P=0.001).However,there was no significant effect of sling exercise therapy on the timed ‘up and go' test(P=0.12).Conclusions Sling exercise therapy can improve the balance function,motor function and activities of daily living among stroke patients.As the number and quality of included articles are limited,high-quality research is still required to further confirm its role in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.
