摘要:
目的 深入了解照顾者对重症监护(intensive care unit,ICU)过渡期护理的体验,为科学实施其护理方案提供参考依据。方法 2021年1-5月,采用目的抽样法,以最大差异化选取武汉市某三级甲等医院神经外科ICU患者照顾者为研究对象,应用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式深度访谈,并对访谈资料进行转录、编码、类属分析和描述。结果 照顾者对ICU过渡期护理的体验可归纳为4个主题:对患者转出ICU决定的感受、对过渡期护理服务的体验、影响照顾者照护效能的障碍因素以及对过渡期护理的改进需求。结论 照顾者在患者ICU过渡期承受积极希望与多重压力,相关人员应高度重视其在患者ICU过渡期间的体验和需求,构建并实施过渡期护理策略,保障过渡期安全照护。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients' caregivers in intensive care unit(ICU)transitional period and to provide reference for scientific conduction of nursing plan.Methods From January to May 2021,objective sampling method was adopted to select caregivers of ICU patients in the Neurosurgery Department in a tertiary A hospital of Wuhan with maximum differentiation as the research objects.Phenomenological research method was applied to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews,and the interview data were transwritten,coded,analyzed and described by category analysis.Results 4 themes were extracted,including the feeling facing the decision of ICU discharge,the experience of transitional care,obstacles affecting caregivers' care effectiveness,and the demand for improvement of transitional care.Conclusions Caregivers were under positive hope and multiple pressure during the ICU transitional period.Relevant personnel should attach great importance to the experience and needs of them,construct and implement transitional nursing strategies,and ensure the safety of transitional care.
