摘要:
目的 了解乳腺癌患者情绪抑制现状并分析其影响因素,为后续构建情绪抑制干预方案提供理论依据。方法 2020年8月至2021年8月,采用便利抽样法选取唐山市某三级甲等医院324例乳腺癌住院患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、情绪抑制量表(emotional inhibition scale,EIS)、亲密关系经历量表(experience in close relationships,ECR)、自我同情量表(self compassion scale,SCS)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual anaogue scales,VAS)对其进行调查。结果 324例乳腺癌患者EIS得分为(27.26±8.77)分; 多元线性回归结果显示:农村居住、疾病分期重、依恋焦虑、依恋回避和自我同情是乳腺癌患者情绪抑制的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的52.4%。结论 医护人员应重点关注乳腺癌患者疾病分期和农村患者的情绪抑制情况,采取个性化的干预措施,降低患者的情绪抑制水平,促进其心理健康。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the status quo of emotional inhibition among breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent construction of emotional inhibition intervention programs.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 324 inpatients with breast cancer from a tertiary hospital in Tangshan from August,2020 to August,2021.The general information questionnaire,Emotional Inhibition Scale(EIS),Experience in Close Relationships(ECR)scale,Self Compassion Scale(SCS),and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were adopted for investigation.Results The EIS score of 324 breast cancer patients was(27.26±8.77).Multiple linear regression showed that rural residence,severe disease phase,attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance and self-compassion were the influencing factors of emotional inhibition among breast cancer patients(all P<0.05),which could explain 52.4% of the total variation.Conclusions Medical staff should put emphasis on the patients' disease phase and the emotional inhibition of patients living in the rural areas.Individualized intervention measures should be taken to relieve the patients' emotional inhibition and promote their mental health.
