摘要:
目的 构建科学、规范、实用的初级医养结合老年护理人才岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为医养结合老年护理人才的岗位胜任力评价提供依据。方法 通过文献研究、理论研究、小组讨论等方法初步拟定初级医养结合老年护理人才岗位胜任力评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询。结果 构建的初级医养结合老年护理人才岗位胜任力评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、18个二级指标、52个三级指标,两轮专家咨询的回收率分别为95.0%和94.7%,专家权威系数分别为0.913和0.914,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.149和0.153(P<0.01)。结论 构建的初级医养结合老年护理人才岗位胜任力评价指标科学合理、内容全面、针对性强,可为初级医养结合老年护理人才的培养与评价提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a scientific,standardized and practical job competency evaluation index system for geriatric nursing talents in primary integration of eldercare services and medical care,so as to provide reference for job competency evaluation of geriatric nursing talents in this field.Methods Literature research,theoretical research,and group discussion and other methods were used to to initially draft the job competency evaluation index system.The Delphi method was adopted for two rounds of expert consultation.Results The job competency evaluation index system for geriatric nursing talents in primary integration of eldercare services and medical care included 6 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators.For the two-round consultations,the response rates were 95.0% and 94.7%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.913 and 0.914,and the Kendall's concordance coefficients were 0.149 and 0.153(P<0.01).Conclusions The job competency evaluation indexes for geriatric nursing talents in primary integration of eldercare services and medical care are scientific,comprehensive and targeted,which can provide reference for the training and evaluation of geriatric nursing talents in primary integration of eldercare services and medical care.
