摘要:
目的 了解广东省临床护士生命体征测量行为特点与测量态度,为改进生命体征测量质量、提高护士病情观察能力提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法,对广东省66所医院的1554名护士进行生命体征测量态度及行为的问卷调查。结果 护士生命体征测量态度平均得分为(49.79±7.82)分,各维度得分分别与年龄、学历、职称、护龄、工作岗位等相关(均P<0.01)。过去1个月中,1229名(79.09%)护士承担过生命体征测量工作,1012名(65.12%)护士曾因此延误下班。调查对象中只有579名(37.26%)护士在临床中使用过病情危重程度评估工具,遇到异常体征时仅710名(45.69%)护士会结合经验评价后选择处理方式,874名(56.24%)护士工作后接受过相关培训。结论 生命体征测量是护士日常耗时较多的基础性工作,护士测量态度得分低,相关培训少、知识储备不足,管理者应积极促进工具改善,同时持续开展相关培训,不断提升病情观察与处理的评判性思维。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics and attitudes towards vital signs measurement among clinical nurses in Guangdong Province,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of vital signs measurement and nurses' ability of disease monitoring.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 1554 clinical nurses from 66 hospitals in Guangdong Province for investigation.Results The mean score of nurses' attitudes towards vital signs measurement was(49.79±7.82).The scores of each dimension were correlated with age,educational background,professional title,nursing age and post,respectively(all P<0.01).In the past month,1229(79.09%)nurses had measured vital signs,and 1012(65.12%)nurses had extended working hours because of the measurement.Only 579(37.26%)nurses had used an assessment tool of disease severity in clinical practice.When detecting abnormal signs,only 710(45.69%)nurses had chosen appropriate treatment based on experience and evaluation.There were only 874(56.24%)nurses who had received relevant training in their work.Conclusions Vital signs measurement is a time-consuming and basic task of nursing work.Clinical nurses reported a low score of attitude towards measurement,a lack of relevant training,and a deficiency of knowledge reserve.Mangers should actively promote the improvement of tools,and organize relevant training,so as to continuously develop the critical thinking of disease monitoring and treatment.
