摘要:
目的 探讨网约护士心理资本与职业认同的现状及其相关性,为提高其心理资本水平、增强职业认同感提供参考。方法 2021年1-3月,采用便利抽样法选择潍坊市5所开展“互联网+护理服务”医院的网约护士211名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士心理资本问卷、护士职业认同评定量表对其进行调查。结果 网约护士心理资本总分为(94.00±9.99)分,职业认同总分为(113.62±14.41)分。不同性别、年龄、职称、工作年限及是否主动从事上门护理服务工作的护士的心理资本差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。心理资本总分及其各维度得分与职业认同总分及其各维度得分均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论 网约护士心理资本处于中等偏上水平,职业认同处于中等水平,且两者呈正相关。管理者应采取措施改善网约护士心理资本状况,从而增强其职业认同感。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo and correlation between psychological capital and professional identity of network nurses,and to provide reference for the improvement of service quality and professional identity.Methods From January to March 2021,211 network nurses from hospitals with “Internet+nursing service” in Weifang were selected by convenience sampling method and a questionnaire survey was conducted by the general information questionnaire,nurses' psychological capital questionnaire and nurse professional identity rating scale.Results The total score of psychological capital and professional identity were(94.00±9.99)and(113.62±14.41)respectively.There were significant differences in psychological capital level among network nurses with different gender,age,professional title, years of clinical nursing work and active engagement in on-site nursing service(all P<0.05).The total scores of network nurses' psychological capital and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with the total scores of professional identity and the scores of all dimensions(all P<0.01).Conclusions The psychological capital of network nurses is in the upper middle level,while the professional identity is in the middle level.The two factors are positively related.Administrators should take measures accordingly to improve the psychological capital of network nurses,and to enhance their professional identity.
