摘要:
目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中患者口腔健康相关生活质量现状及其影响因素,为改善患者口腔健康相关生活质量提供理论依据。方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取2020年6-9月徐州市某三甲医院神经内科病房308例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,应用一般资料问卷、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、改良Rankin量表、口腔健康影响程度量表(oral health impact profile,OHIP-14)进行调查。结果 308例患者OHIP-14总分为(13.26±7.65)分; 分层回归结果显示,缺失牙及义齿情况、胃管植入状态、是否首次患病、运动功能和认知功能是缺血性脑卒中患者口腔健康相关生活质量的重要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 缺血性脑卒中患者口腔健康相关生活质量有待提高,医务人员可以通过多学科联动,促进患者吞咽功能、运动能力和认知情况的改善,并依据患者特点有针对性地尽早给予口腔健康干预和指导,从而促使其口腔健康相关生活质量的提升。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of oral health related quality of life,and to provide theoretical basis for improving oral health-related quality of life.Methods From June to September 2020, 308 ischemic stroke patients in neurology ward were selected by convenience sampling method. The general information questionnaire,Montreal cognitive assessment scale,modified Rankin scale and Oral Health Impact Profile(OHIP-14,Chinese version)were used to investigate the stroke patients.Results The total score of OHIP-14 in 308 patients was(13.26±7.65). Stratified regression results showed that missing teeth and dentures,gastric tube implantation status,whether ill for the first time,motor function and cognitive function were important influencing factors of oral health related quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke(all P<0.05). Conclusions Oral health-related life quality of ischemic stroke patients need to be improved.Medical staff can collaborate with other disciplines to improve patients' swallowing,motor and cognitive functions.Oral health intervention and guidance should be given to patients as soon as possible according to their characteristics,so as to improve their oral health related quality of life.
