摘要:
目的 分析近10年来老年人社会隔离领域文献,以提升该领域的护理研究水平。方法 检索2011-2021年Web of Science核心合集数据库中收录的老年人社会隔离相关文献,借用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入1766篇文献,发文量整体逐年增长; 较有影响力的期刊有《Lancet》、《Soc Sci Med》、《Plos One》等,主要出自美国和英国等欧美国家; 通过高频引文和关键词分析可得,研究热点主要集中在社会隔离流行病学调查、社会隔离与听力损失的关系、社会隔离的不良结局以及干预管理措施。结论 近年来老年人的社会隔离问题受到持续关注,发达国家研究较多。国内研究者可借鉴国外研究热点,为国内开展相关研究打下基础。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the literature related to social isolation of the elderly in recent 10 years, so as to improve the nursing research in this field.Methods The date was collected from the Web of Science Core Collection date-base from 2011 to 2021.The software CiteSpace was used to analyze the included literature.Results A total of 1766 articles were included, and the number of articles published increased year by year.The influential journals are LANCET,SCI MED SOC,PLOS ONE, which were mainly from the United States, Britain, and other European countries.Through high-frequency citation and keyword clustering analysis,research hotspots focused on the epidemiological investigation, the relationship between social isolation and hearing loss, the adverse outcomes and related intervention.Conclusions In recent years,social isolation of the elderly has received sustained attention,and there are many studies in developed countries.Domestic researchers in relevant fields can learn from foreign research hotspots, thus laying a foundation for domestic research.
