摘要:
目的 探讨老年糖尿病膀胱过度活动症(overactive bladder,OAB)患者疾病感知现状,并分析其与生活质量的相关性。方法 2020年5月至2021年4月,便利抽样法选取镇江市某三级甲等医院208例老年糖尿病OAB患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、膀胱过度活动症症状评分量表、简化版疾病感知问卷、膀胱过度活动症与健康相关生活质量简表、领悟社会支持量表对其进行问卷调查。结果 老年糖尿病OAB患者疾病感知得分为(54.87±9.49)分,相关生活质量量表中症状困扰子量表得分为(35.88±23.76)分,生活质量子量表得分为(70.08±12.57)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,老年糖尿病OAB患者疾病感知与症状困扰呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01),与生活质量呈负相关(r=-0.88,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,文化程度、年收入、居住地、OAB严重程度、领悟社会支持是老年糖尿病OAB患者疾病感知的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 老年糖尿病OAB患者疾病感知水平较高,生活质量较低,疾病感知影响生活质量。医护人员应采取积极措施降低老年糖尿病OAB患者疾病感知,以提升其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the status of disease perception in elderly diabetic patients with overactive bladder(OAB),and analyze its correlation with the quality of life.Methods From May 2020 to April 2021,208 elderly diabetic OAB patients of a tertiary hospital in Zhenjiang City were selected by convenience sampling method and were investigated with General Condition Questionnaire,Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS),Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),Overactive Bladder and Health-Related Quality of Life Short-Form(OAB-q SF),and perceived social support scale(PSSS).Results The score of illness perception in elderly diabetic patients with OAB was 54.87±9.49,the score of OAB-q SF Symptom Distress Scale was 35.88±23.76,and the score of Quality of Life Scale was 70.08±12.57.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the illness perception in elderly diabetic patients with OAB was positively correlated with symptom distress(r=0.51,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with quality of life(r=-0.88,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that education level,annual income,place of residence,severity of overactive bladder,and perceived social support were the influencing factors of illness perception in elderly diabetic patients with OAB(all P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly diabetic patients with OAB have a higher level of illness perception and a lower quality of life,and illness perception affects the quality of life.Medical staff should take measures to reduce the illness perception of elderly diabetic patients with OAB in order to improve the quality of life.
