摘要:
目的 调查重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士作为第二受害者的经历与支持现状,以期为对该类人群提供更多的关注和支持。方法 采用便利抽样法选取湖南省6所医院271名综合性ICU护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、第二受害者经验及支持量表对其进行横断面调查。结果 271例ICU护士第二受害者经验及支持量表总分为94.00(85.00,102.00)分,条目得分为3.24(2.93,3.52)分; 心理痛苦在第二受害者痛苦维度中得分最高,组织支持得分处于中等水平; 多元线性回归结果显示,第二受害者经验及支持水平受学历、在编情况、每月平均值夜班数、工作年限、所在医院等级的影响(均P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士第二受害者心理痛苦水平较高,获得的支持较少。医院管理者应重视护士作为第二受害者的痛苦体验,并根据不同影响因素为其提供针对性的支持。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the experience and supporting status of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)nurses as the second victims,and to provide support for the group.Methods 271 comprehensive ICU nurses from 6 hospitals in Hunan province were selected by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire and the SVEST were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey.Results The total score of 271 ICU nurses’ experience and support scale for second victim was 94.00(85.00,102.00)points,and item score was 3.24(2.93,3.52)points.The score of “psychological pain” was the highest in the second victim’s pain dimension,and the score of organizational support was in the middle level.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the experience and support level of the second victim were affected by educational background,employment status,average number of night shifts per month,working years and hospital grade(all P<0.05).Conclusions The second victim of ICU nurses has a high level of psychological pain and receives less support.Hospital managers should pay attention to the painful experience of nurses as the second victim and provide targeted support according to different influencing factors.
