摘要:
总结了1例罕见新生儿先天性乳糜腹合并乳糜胸的护理经验。护理要点包括做好气道管理和引流管护理、关注营养、评估患儿疼痛程度并实施相应的护理措施、预防感染等。患儿病情好转,顺利出院。随访5个月,患儿普通配方奶粉与少量中链脂肪奶粉混合喂养,未再出现胸/腹腔积液。
Abstract:
The nursing of a newborn with rare congenital chylous ascites combined with chylothorax was reported and summarized.The nursing key points included good airway management and drainage tube care,attention to nutrition,evaluation of the newborn's pain grade and implementation of corresponding nursing measures,prevention of infection,etc.The newborn's condition improved and was discharged smoothly.After 5 months of follow-up,the child was fed with mixed formula milk powder and MCT milk powder,and no more pleural/abdominal effusion occurred.
