摘要:
目的 深入了解中青年脑卒中患者住院期间的感恩心理体验,为医护人员制定感恩干预方案提供理论依据。方法 2021年1-3月,采用目的性抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等医院神经内科的中青年脑卒中住院患者为研究对象。采用半结构式访谈,访谈资料根据Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果 提炼出4个主题:感恩激发积极情绪状态、感恩引发健康思考、感恩体现社会支持水平、感恩促进生活重组规划。结论 感恩是中青年脑卒中住院患者一项重要的积极心理体验,临床工作中护理人员应充分激发患者自身潜在的感恩情绪并将其转化为一种积极的力量,以促进患者身心健康,改善其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the psychological gratitude experience of middle-aged and young hospitalized stroke patients, so as to provide a theoretical basis for medical staff to formulate gratitude intervention.Methods Purposive sampling was used was used to select middle-aged and young stroke inpatients from the Neurology Department of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai City from January to March 2021. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method.Results Four themes was categorized, including gratitude stimulating positive emotional states, gratitude stimulating healthy thinking, gratitude reflecting the level of social support, gratitude promoting life reorganization.Conclusions Gratitude is the important experience of positive psychology among young and middle-aged hospitalized stroke patients. Patients' potential gratitude should be fully stimulated and transformed into a kind of positive power,so as to promote their physical and mental health, as well as their quality of life.
