摘要:
目的 了解安宁疗护护士的共情真实体验,为提出共情的发展策略提供依据。方法 2020年12月至2021年2月,采用立意抽样法共选取来自全国8个地区12家安宁疗护单位的26名护士进行半结构式访谈,以Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析。结果 分析资料提炼出2个类属10个主题,即职业获益、情感反哺、感知价值、感悟人生、共情提升、情感升华、负性情绪感染、情感难以抽离、情感卷入生活及产生共情疲乏。结论 安宁疗护护士共情体验复杂多样,应探索共情消极体验的应对策略,促进护士共情向积极体验方向发展,提高共情水平。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the real empathy experience of hospice nurses,analyze the outcomes of empathy for patient care,and put forward the development strategies of empathy.Methods By purposive sampling method,26 nurses in 12 hospice care units from 8 regions of China were selected for semi-structured interviews.Colaizzi's analysis method was employed to analyze the data.Results According to the analysis of the data, there were two categories and 10 themes, namely, career benefits, emotional feedback, perceived value, perception of life, empathy promotion, emotional sublimation, negative emotional infection, emotional withdrawal, emotional involvement in life and empathy fatigue. Conclusions Nurses' empathy experience is diverse,we should explore the coping strategies of empathy negative experience,promote the empathy experience toward positive direction and improve empathy quality.
