摘要:
目的 探讨基于急危重症护理学在线课程平台的翻转课堂教学实践及其应用效果。方法 以精品在线课程共享平台为依托,构建微视频、课件、测验、作业、考试、讨论、资源拓展等7大功能模块。采用整群抽样法将某高校2014级与2015级本科护理专业各10个自然班学生作为研究对象,分别作为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用翻转课堂教学,比较两组学生的课程成绩,并对观察组进行问卷调查。结果 观察组理论、实验及团队抢救成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。94.26%的学生认为在线课程有利于加深对操作内容的理解,93.90%的学生会反复观看视频; 68.10%的学生认为基于在线平台的翻转课堂能帮助学习者加深对理论内容的理解,63.44%的学生认为基于在线平台的翻转课堂能激发学习者的学习兴趣。结论 基于急危重症护理学在线课程平台的翻转课堂教学模式有助于提高并动态反馈课堂教学效果,系统性和专业性培训有助于在线课程的顺利开展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the flipped classroom teaching practice based on the online course platform of emergency and critical care nursing and its effect.Methods Seven functional modules of micro video,courseware,test,assignment,examination,discussion and resources were constructed based on the excellent online course platform.By the cluster sampling method,10 natural classes of nursing majors from grade 2014 and another 10 classes from grade 2015 in a university were selected and set as the control group and the experimental group respectively.The traditional teaching method and the flipped classroom teaching method were adopted in the control group and the experimental group respectively.The exam scores were compared between the two groups and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the experimental group.Results The scores of theory,experiment and team rescue in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05)and the differences were statistically significant.94.26% of the students thought that the online course was helpful to deepen the understanding of the operation content, and 93.90% of the students would watch the video repeatedly.As for the flipped classroom based on the online platform,68.10% and 63.44% of the students thought it was helpful to deepen the understanding of the theories and to stimulate the learning interest respectively.Conclusions The flipped classroom teaching mode based on the online course platform of emergency and critical care nursing is helpful to improve and dynamically feedback the classroom teaching effect, and the systematic and professional training is conducive to the smooth development of the online course.
