摘要:
目的 了解全军临床护理示范基地专科护士培训现况,并对当前所面临问题进行分析讨论。方法 采用自行设计的基地专科护士培训情况调查问卷,对全军临床护理示范基地2016-2018年专科护士培训情况进行调查。结果 共调查26个临床护理示范基地。近三年培训学员总数2906名,其中学历为本科(70.75%)、职称为护师(68.51%)的学员居多。培训内容分布情况有显著差异,其中,专科知识所占比重较高,为41.92%; 军事理论知识所占比重较少,为7.16%。军事护理技能培训中,培训所占比重较高的为基础生命支持(14.65%)和战伤五大技术的实践(14.26%)。结论 军队临床护理示范基地初步确立了专科护士培训模式,但在专科护士培训的准入条件、培训方式、培训内容等方面还有待进一步改进和完善,并适当增加军事护理培训内容。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of specialist nurse training in the army clinical nursing demonstration base.To analyze and discuss the current problems aiming at providing a basis for the further development of management standards for the training.Methods A survey of the specialist nurses training in army clinical nursing demonstration bases from 2016 to 2018 was conducted by the self-designed questionnaire.Results This survey investigated 26 clinical nursing demonstration bases. The total number of trainees in the past three years was 2906,most of whom with a bachelor's degree(70.75%)and a professional title of senior nurse(68.51%).There were significant differences in the proportion of training contents,among which the proportion of specialized knowledge was the highest, accounting for 41.92%,and the proportion of military theoretical knowledge was the lowest,accounting for only 7.16%.In the military nursing skills training,the practice of basic life support(14.65%)and five rescue techniques for war wounds(14.26%)accounted for a high proportion.Conclusions The army clinical nursing demonstration base has initially established the training mode for specialist nurses.However,the access threshold, methods and contents of specialist nurse training still need to be further improved and perfected.The content of military nursing training should be increased appropriately.
