摘要:
目的 探讨癌症患者重返工作适应体验及应对资源。方法 基于扎根理论研究方法对30位重返工作的癌症患者进行深度访谈,用初始编码、聚焦编码和理论编码的方式分析访谈资料。结果 癌症患者适应重返工作是其利用优势资源重建自我的过程,适应体验包括专注康复、重建效能、调整规划等三个阶段,应对资源包括个人资源和外部资源。结论 医护人员应关注癌症患者重返工作的适应问题,充分调动应对资源,以帮助患者适应重返工作。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the adaptation experience and coping resources of cancer patients returning to work.Methods 30 cancer patients who had returned to work were interviewed in depth with the grounded theory method,and the interview data were analyzed by initial coding,focusing coding and theoretical coding.Results Cancer patients' adaption to return to work was a process of rebuilding themselves by using their superior resources.The adaptation experience included three stages: focusing on rehabilitation,rebuilding effectiveness,as well as adjusting and planning.Response resources included personal resources and external resources.Conclusions Medical staff should pay attention to the adaptation of cancer patients in the process of returning to work,and fully mobilize the coping resources to help patients adapt to promote their return to work.
