摘要:
目的 调查变应性鼻炎儿童的家庭管理水平状况并分析其影响因素,为制定科学有效的家庭管理方案提供依据。方法 便利抽样选取6～14岁变应性鼻炎患儿的主要照顾者296例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、中文版家庭管理量表、中文版家庭功能量表进行调查,采用多元逐步回归分析影响变应性鼻炎患儿家庭管理方式的因素。结果 变应性鼻炎患儿的家庭管理量表总分(172.74±38.46)分、家庭功能总分(1.17±0.29)分、家庭与个体得分为(1.04±0.29)分、家庭与亚系统得分为(1.02±0.30)分、家庭与社会得分为(1.45±0.33)分。多元逐步回归分析显示:病程、主要照顾者文化程度、家庭所在地、家庭收入、家庭功能是影响家庭管理方式的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论 变应性鼻炎儿童家庭管理水平现状不容乐观,应重点关注病程≤3年、主要照顾者文化程度低、居住地在农村、家庭收入低、家庭功能得分低的患儿家庭。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the level of family management for the children with allergic rhinitis and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for designing scientific and effective family management programs.Methods Convenient sampling was adopted to select 296 primary caregivers of the children with allergic rhinitis aged between 6 to 14 years old.The general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Family Management Scale,and the Chinese version of the Family Function Scale were used for investigation.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was adopted to analyze the factors influencing the family management for children with allergic rhinitis.Results The total score of the Family Management Scale for children with allergic rhinitis was(172.74±38.46).The score of family function was(1.17±0.29),the score of family and individual was(1.04±0.29),the score of family and subsystem was(1.02±0.30),and the score of family and society was(1.45±0.33).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the disease course,education level of the primary caregiver,family location,family income,and family function were the main influencing factors of the family management(all P<0.05).Conclusions Current level of family management for the children with allergic rhinitis is not optimistic.Special attention should be paid to those families with the disease course of the child less than or equal to 3 years,with the primary caregiver at a low education level,living in the rural area,with low family income,and low family function score.
