摘要:
目的 构建静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture service, PIVAS)细胞毒药物职业暴露风险评价指标体系,为PIVAS风险管理提供系统化、科学化的理论依据。方法 以M-SHEL为理论模型,基于文献回顾和质性访谈,初步拟定PIVAS细胞毒药物职业暴露风险评价指标体系的条目池; 运用德尔菲法最终形成指标体系,使用层次分析法结合比重法计算各级指标权重。结果 3轮函询的积极系数分别为100%、85%、85%,权威系数均为0.89,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.218、0.227、0.235,结果均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。最终形成含有5项一级指标、18项二级指标、67项三级指标的细胞毒药物职业暴露风险评价指标体系。结论 本研究构建的评价指标体系较为科学、可靠,对PIVAS细胞毒药物职业暴露的风险管理具有实用性和指导性。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an evaluation index system of occupational exposure risk of cytotoxic drugs in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS),and provide systematic and scientific theoretical basis for PIVAS risk management.Methods With relevant data collected through literature review and M-SHEL(management, software, hardware, environment and liveware)taken as the theoretical model,the item pool of the system was preliminarily drawn up through qualitative interviews.Delphi was used to determine an assessment index system of occupational exposure risk of cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS.The analytic hierarchy process and proportion method were used to calculate the weight of the indicators.Results The positive coefficients of the three rounds of correspondence were 100%,85% and 85%,respectively,the authority coefficients were 0.89,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.218,0.227,and 0.235,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The evaluation index system built in the study is scientific and reliable,and has practical and guiding significance for the risk management of occupational exposure of cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS.
