摘要:
目的 汇总相关研究结果,系统评价寒区作业冷损伤情况,了解现状并制订预防策略。方法 检索2023年2月以前Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Up to date、Web of Science、Embase、CIHNAL、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学等收录的寒区作业冻伤等国内外数据库相关研究,利用R软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入9篇文献,包含6476例研究对象。分析结果显示,寒区作业冻伤发生率为36%(95%CI:33%~39%)。亚组分析结果显示,手部冻伤发生率最高为40%(95%CI:28%~53%); 在冻伤程度上,Ⅰ度冻伤的发生率最高为83% 95%CI:80%~86%)。结论 寒区作业冻伤发生率较高,手部及轻度冻伤较为高发,应针对此冻伤特点做好相应的预防措施。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the prevalence of frostbite in cold areas,explore the current situation,and develop effective prevention strategies.Methods Relevant studies on frostbite were searched from various domestic and foreign databases,including Cochrane Library,PubMed,Up to date,Web of Science,Embase,CIHNAL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM,from inception to February 2023.The collected data were analyzed using R software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 9 studies with 6476 subjects were included.The incidence of frostbite was 36%(95%CI:33%~39%).Subgroup analysis further revealed that the highest incidence of hand frostbite was 48%(95%CI:34%~63%).Regarding the degree of frostbite,the highest incidence of degree I frostbite was 83%(95%CI:80%~86%).Conclusions The incidence of frostbite is high in cold areas,and the incidence of hand frostbite and mild frostbite are higher.Thus, preventive measures should be taken accordingly.
