摘要:
目的 调查结核病住院患儿家庭照顾者的照顾负担和焦虑现状,并探讨两者相关性。方法 2019年5月至2020年12月便利抽样选取在成都市某传染病专科医院确诊住院的结核病患儿的家庭照顾者141例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、Zarit照顾者负担量表(Zarit caregiver burden interview,ZBI)、焦虑自评量表、社会支持量表对其进行调查。结果 70.2%的结核病患儿家庭照顾者存在照顾负担,照顾负担总分为26(18,34)分,整体处于轻度水平; 焦虑得分为(41.50±9.70)分。Spearman相关分析显示,结核病患儿家庭照顾者的照顾负担和焦虑呈正相关(r=0.240,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,焦虑和对社会支持的利用度为照顾负担的主要影响因素(R2=0.096,P<0.01)。结论 结核病患儿照顾者存在照顾负担,照顾负担与焦虑具有相关性,改善患儿家属的照顾负担,可降低患儿家庭照顾者的焦虑。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current situation of care burden and anxiety of family caregivers of children with tuberculosis(TB),and to explore the correlation between them,so as to provide reference for the formulation of systematic family intervention.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to investigate 141 family caregivers of children with TB who were hospitalized in the Tuberculosis Department of an infectious disease hospital in Chengdu from May 2019 to December 2020.The questionnaire included general information,Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results 70.2% of the family caregivers of children with TB had the burden of care. The total score of the burden of care was 26(18,34)which was in a mild level.The anxiety score was(41.50±9.70). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between care burden and anxiety of family caregivers of children with TB(r=0.240, P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that anxiety and utilization of social support entered the regression equation of care burden(R2=0.096, P<0.01).Conclusions The caregivers of children with TB have care burden,which is related to anxiety.Improving the care burden of children's family members can reduce the anxiety of children's family caregivers.
