摘要:
目的 系统分析维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者抑郁的影响因素,为临床制定有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法 系统检索知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等数据库,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入38篇研究,其中抑郁组2462例,非抑郁组3012例。乡村居住、非在职、无配偶、有并发症、自我形象受影响、低日常生活能力、低社会支持水平、睡眠质量较差、低血红蛋白、低血清白蛋白、新农村合作医疗、有共病、低教育程度是MHD并发抑郁的危险因素。结论 医护人员可依据上述危险因素识别MHD抑郁高危患者,对此类患者及早进行干预。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically analyze the influence factors of depression among maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients,so as to provide references for developing effective interventions in clinic.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase were systematically searched,and the RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 38 articles were involved,covering 2462 cases in the depressed group and 3012 cases in the non-depressed group.Rural residence,non-employment,living without spouse,having complications,affected self-image,low activities of daily living,low level of social support,poor sleep quality,low hemoglobin,low serum albumin,rural cooperative medical service,having comorbidity,and low education level were the risk factors of maintenance hemodialysis combined with depression.Conclusions Medical staff should identify the MHD patients who are at a high risk of depression according to those risk factors,and take targeted interventions as early as possible.
