摘要:
目的 构建尿道下裂患儿围术期疼痛躁动制动睡眠(pain,agitation,immobility,sleep disruption,PAIS)管理培训指标体系,为提升尿道下裂专科护士护理质量提供参考依据。方法 通过文献研究、焦点访谈、德尔菲专家咨询法和层次分析法构建患儿PAIS管理培训指标体系。结果 构建的指标包括3个一级指标(PAIS知识、PAIS技能、PAIS综合运用能力)、14个二级指标和58个三级指标; 专家积极系数均为100%,2轮专家权威系数为0.432和0.413(均P<0.01)。结论 构建的指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可为护理管理者开展尿道下裂围术期患儿PAIS管理能力培训提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective To construct the Pain-Agitation-Immobility-Sleep Disruption(PAIS)management training index system for children with hypospadias during perioperative period,and to provide reference for improving the nursing quality of hypospadias specialist nurses.Methods The PAIS management training index system for children was constructed through literature research,focus interview,Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The index system included 3 first-level indicators(PAIS knowledge,PAIS skills,and PAIS comprehensive application ability),14 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators.The positive coefficients of experts were all 100%,and the two rounds of expert authority coefficients were 0.432 and 0.413(P<0.01). Conclusions The index system is scientific and reliable, which can provide a basis for nursing managers to carry out PAIS management ability training for children with hypospadias during perioperative period.
