摘要:
目的 基于多重用药患者服药依从性的概念模型,汇总改善社区多重用药慢性病患者服药依从性的最佳证据。方法 系统检索BMJ Best Practice、Up To Date临床顾问、JBI循证卫生保健中心、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方等数据库,检索时限为建库至2021年11月。结果 纳入2篇指南、3篇临床顾问、5篇系统评价和1篇专家共识,共11篇文献。从评估依从性、简化药物处方、行为干预、正向心理干预、社会支持、健康教育等6个方面总结出28条最佳证据。 结论 通过运用综合评估工具,给予患者社会支持和心理鼓励,重视健康教育等干预,能够提升慢性病患者的服药依从性。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the best evidence of improving medication compliance in chronic illness patients prescribed multiple medications in the community,based on a conceptual model of medication adherence.Methods The databases of BMJ Best Practice, Up To Date clinical consultant, JBI, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang were searched from the established time to November 2021.Results A total of 11 literature were included,which included 2 guidelines,3 clinical consultants,5 systematic reviews,and 1 expert consensus.Evidence summarized 28 items from the following 6 aspects:evaluating medication adherence,simplifying drug regimen,behavior intervention,positive psychological intervention,social support and health education.Conclusions By using comprehensive assessment tools,giving patients social support and psychological encouragement,and paying attention to health education and other interventions,we can improve the medication compliance of patients with chronic diseases.
