摘要:
目的 探究线上教学在护理本科生教学中的应用效果与护理本科生生涯适应力之间的关系,并分析网络环境下护理本科生深度学习在其中的中介效应。方法 采用方便抽样法,抽取中国医科大学护理学院三年级163名在校本科生,采用大学生生涯适应力问卷、网络环境下大学生深度学习调查问卷、线上教学效果调查问卷进行调查。结果 护理本科生的生涯适应力、深度学习、线上教学效果问卷条目均分分别为(3.37±0.52)分、(3.33±0.44)分、(3.50±0.46)分。护理本科生的生涯适应力与线上教学效果呈正相关(r=0.404,P<0.01)。网络环境下深度学习在线上教学效果与生涯适应力间起中介效应,占总效应的45.3%。结论 网络环境下护理教育者应该关注并积极应用线上教学,加深网络环境下护理本科生的深度学习水平,进而提升护理本科生生涯适应力,为其将来的生涯发展奠定基础。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between the application effect of online teaching in nursing undergraduates and their career adaptability,and analyze the mediating effect of deep learning of nursing undergraduates in the network environment.Methods By convenience sampling method,163 undergraduate students in the third grade of the Nursing School of China Medical University were selected.They were investigated by the college students' career adaptability questionnaire,the college students' deep learning questionnaire in the network environment,and the online teaching effect questionnaire.Results The average scores of career adaptability,college students' in-depth learning in the network environment,application effect of teaching mode based on the online teaching effect were(3.37±0.52),(3.33±0.44)and(3.50±0.46), respectively.The career adaptability of nursing undergraduates was positively correlated with the application effect of the online teaching effect(r=0.404, P<0.01).Deep learning in the network environment played a partial mediating role between the online teaching effect and career adaptability,accounting for 45.3% of the total effect.Conclusions In the network environment, nursing educators should pay attention to and actively apply online teaching to deepen the in-depth learning level of nursing undergraduates, thereby enhancing their career adaptability and laying a foundation for their future career development.
