摘要:
目的 探讨相依关系在糖尿病足(diabetic foot, DF)截肢患者主要照顾者照顾负担与心理健康之间的调节效应。方法 2021年9月至2022年2月,采用便利抽样法选取天津市某三级甲等医院收治的150名DF截肢术后患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、相依关系量表、Zarit照顾者负担量表、简明健康测量量表对其进行调查,使用分层回归、简单斜率分析和Johnson - Neyman法分析相依关系的调节作用。结果 DF截肢患者主要照顾者照顾负担得分为(29.09±9.39)分、相依关系得分为(2.56±0.71)分、心理健康得分为(47.39±9.46)分。照顾负担得分与心理健康得分呈负相关,相依关系得分与心理健康得分呈正相关,均P<0.05。相依关系在照顾负担和心理健康的关系中起调节作用。结论 相依关系削弱了照顾负担在DF截肢患者主要照顾者的心理健康中产生的消极影响。医护人员应采取干预措施促进相依关系,以减缓照顾负担的消极影响。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the moderating effect of mutuality between caregiver burden and mental health among primary caregivers of patients with diabetic foot amputation.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select 150 primary caregivers of patients with diabetic foot amputation in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin City from September,2021 to February,2022.The general information questionnaire,Mutuality Scale(MS),Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI)and 12-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-12)were used for investigation.Hierarchical regression,simple slope analysis and Johnson-Neyman analysis were adopted to analyze the moderating effect of mutuality.Results The caregiver burden score of primary caregivers of patients with diabetic foot amputation was(29.09±9.39),the mutuality score was(2.56±0.71),and the mental health score was(47.39±9.46).The caregiver burden score was negatively correlated with the mental health score,and the mutuality score was positively correlated with the mental health score(both P<0.05).Mutuality played a moderating role in the relationship between caregiver burden and mental health.Conclusions Mutuality attenuates the negative effect of caregiver burden on mental health among primary caregivers of patients with diabetic foot amputation.Healthcare professionals should implement interventions to promote mutuality,so as to mitigate the adverse effects of caregiver burden.
