摘要:
目的 分析脑卒中照顾者相关研究的现状与热点,为国内相关研究的发展提供参考。方法 以Web of Science核心合集中脑卒中照顾者相关文献的发文年份、发文地区、机构等情况为指标进行统计分析,利用VOSviewer 1.6.15软件绘制高产国家、机构合作网络图、高频关键词共现图,利用Citespace 5.7R1软件绘制关键词突变词谱。结果 共纳入526篇文献,涉及2904名作者和62个国家。文献发表数量呈逐年上升趋势; 美国的发文量和总被引频次位居全球首位; 脑卒中照顾者研究关注的热点人群为患者配偶,研究的热点类型为干预性研究和质性研究,研究热点集中在生活质量、照顾负担、身心状态与管理等方面。结论 脑卒中照顾者的研究已受到越来越多的关注,并形成了多个研究热点,我国护理研究者可进一步借鉴参考,加大对脑卒中照顾者的支持和帮助。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status quo and hotspots in the field of stroke caregivers,so as to provide reference for domestic research.Methods The publication year,region and institution related to stroke caregivers in the Web of Science Core Collection were used as indicators for statistical analysis.VOSviewer 1.6.15 software was used to draw the cooperative network diagram of high-yielding countries, institutions and the co-occurrence diagram of high-frequency keywords.Citespace 5.7R1 software was used to draw the mutation word spectrum.Results A total of 526 articles involving 2904 authors and 62 countries were included.The number of published literature increased year by year.The United States ranked first in terms of the number of articles published and the total number of citations.The focus group of the study on stroke caregivers was the spouse of patients,and the research types focused on the intervention research and qualitative research,highlighting the quality of life,care burden,physical and mental state and management.Conclusions The research on stroke caregivers has attracted more and more attentions and formed several research hotspots.Chinese nursing researchers can further make a reference to that to increase the support and help for stroke caregivers.
