摘要:
目的 调查辽宁省护理专业本科生护理信息能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2021年6月,以简单随机抽样法抽取辽宁省3所高等院校,再以分层抽样法抽取护理专业本科生375名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和护理信息能力自评量表对其进行调查。结果 375名辽宁省护理专业本科生护理信息能力总分为(73.87±13.52)分。不同性别、年级、接触计算机时间、计算机等级、实习时间以及是否学习过护理信息相关课程,是否接触过护理信息系统的护理专业本科生,护理信息能力得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,性别、年级、接触计算机时间、是否接触过护理信息系统和实习时间是护理专业本科生护理信息能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 辽宁省护理专业本科生护理信息能力处于中等偏下水平,高等院校应通过制定相关课程、提供更多实习机会等措施提升护生的护理信息能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the status quo of nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates in Liaoning Province and its influencing factors.Methods In June 2021,three universities in Liaoning Province were selected by simple random sampling method, and then 375 undergraduate nursing students were selected by stratified random sampling method, who were investigated by general data questionnaire and self-assessment of nursing informatics competencies scale(SANICS).Results The total SANICS score was(73.87±13.52).There were statistically significant differences in nursing information compentency scores among nursing undergraduates with different gender, grade, time to access computer, computer level, internship time, whether they had learned nursing information related courses and whether they had access to nursing information system(all P<0.05).Multivariable linear regression showed that five factors,including the gender, grade, time to access computer, whether they had access to nursing information system and internship time were the main influencing factors(all P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates in Liaoning Province is at the lower-middle level.Universities should improve nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates by formulating relevant courses and providing more internship opportunities.
