摘要:
目的 编制适用于儿童肿瘤生存者父母的营养知识问卷,并检验其信效度。方法 以肿瘤生存者营养指南和国内外膳食指南为指导,通过文献分析、小组讨论、德尔菲法、预调查,形成问卷初稿,并对220名儿童肿瘤生存者父母进行调查,检验正式问卷信效度。结果 儿童肿瘤生存者父母营养知识问卷包括5个维度,35个条目,问卷Cronbach's α系数为0.888,折半信度为0.828,重测信度为0.741,内容效度指数为0.930; 各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.687～0.792,折半信度为0.617～0.724,重测信度为0.747～0.814,各条目内容效度指数为0.818～1.000。探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为41.70%。结论 该研究形成的儿童肿瘤生存者父母营养知识问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于评估儿童肿瘤生存者父母营养知识水平,为护理人员开展营养干预提供指导。
Abstract:
Objective To develop and validate a questionnaire for measuring the nutrition knowledge level of parents of childhood cancer survivors.Methods Guided by nutrition guidelines for cancer survivors and dietary guidelines,the draft questionnaire was compiled through literature analysis,group discussion,Delphi technique,and pilot survey.A total of 220 parents of childhood cancer survivors were investigated to validate the questionnaire.Results The nutrition-knowledge questionnaire for parents of childhood cancer survivors contained 35 items in 5 dimensions.The Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability,and test-retest reliability of the questionnaire were 0.888,0.828,and 0.741,respectively.The content-validity index of the questionnaire was 0.930.The Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability,and test-retest reliability of five dimensions were 0.687-0.792,0.617-0.724,and 0.747-0.814,respectively.The content-validity index of items was 0.818-1.000.Five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which accounted for 41.70% of the cumulative variance-contribution rate.Conclusions The nutrition-knowledge questionnaire was well validated.Thus,it can be used to evaluate the nutrition knowledge of parents of childhood cancer survivors and provide guidance on nutrition intervention for nurses.
