摘要:
目的 探索不同海况条件下护理技术操作时间的变化规律,为不同海况下护理工作量预估提供科学方法。方法 专家论证确定21项医院船护理技术项目作为试验项目。60名护士分别在4种海况条件(计算机模拟0、3、4、5级海况)下进行护理技术操作并记录护理技术项目完成所用时间。结果 不同海况分组操作时间均至少有一组与其他组存在差异(P<0.05)。海况对护理技术项目时间的影响基本符合指数形式,定量关系表达为:T=T0(1+δ)k。结论 当面对4级及以上海况条件时,应充分考虑海况对护理操作耗时带来的显著影响。一般海域中医院船护士配置数量应结合0级和4级两种海况下配置方式进行设定。护理管理者通过运用海况对护理操作时间影响的数学公式,可对不同海况下护理工作量进行预估和评价。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the rules of nursing operation time under different sea conditions and provide scientific methods for nursing workload estimation under different sea conditions.Methods Twenty-one nursing operations of hospital ships were determined as experimental projects by the expert panel.The computer simulated 4 sea conditions of class 0,3,4 and 5.60 nurses in the medical team performed nursing technical operations in 4 sea conditions independently and recorded the time.Results At least one group had differences in terms of operation time between different sea conditions groups(P<0.05).The influence of sea conditions on nursing operation time basically conformed to the form of index,and the quantitative relationship was expressed as T=T0(1+δ)k.Conclusions When facing 4 level sea condition and above,the significant impact of sea conditions on nursing operation time should be taken into consideration fully.The number of nurses on hospital ships in general sea areas should be set according to the two modes of level 0 and level 4 sea conditions.Nursing administarors can predict and evaluate nursing workload under different sea conditions by using the mathematical formula of the impact of sea conditions on nursing operation time.
