摘要:
目的 了解鼻咽癌患者预期性悲伤现状并探索其影响因素,以期为临床相关问题的干预提供思路。方法 2020年3-12月,便利抽样法选取在郑州市某三级甲等医院鼻科病区住院的235例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者预期性悲伤问卷、领悟社会支持量表及安德森症状调查量表-头颈部问卷对其进行调查。结果 235例鼻咽癌患者预期性悲伤的平均得分为(44.48±8.62)分,性别、并发症、照顾者、社会支持和症状困扰是该群体预期性悲伤的影响因素,共解释总变异水平的48.3%(均P<0.05)。结论 鼻咽癌患者的预期性悲伤水平高,临床医护应当重视该人群的心理健康,关注可能发生预期性悲伤的高危人群; 可通过加强症状管理、增加社会支持的途径、缓解患者的不良心理应激等,促进鼻咽癌患者全治疗周期的身心健康。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of anticipatory grief in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)and its' influencing factors,so as to provide some reference to clinical interventions.Methods From March to December 2020,235 cases of NPC patients hospitalized in the department of Rhinology of a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou were selected by convenience sampling method.They were required to complete the general information questionnaire,Preparatory Grief in Advanced Cancer Patients scale(PGAC),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and M.D.Anderson Symptom Survey-Head and Neck Questionnaire(MDASI-H&N).Results The average score of anticipatory grief in 235 NPC patients was(44.48±8.62).Gender,complications,main caregivers,social support and symptom distress influenced NPC patients' anticipatory grief,totally accounted for 48.2% variation level(all P<0.05).Conclusions NPC patients tend to be of a severe anticipatory grief level,so clinical care should pay attention to the possible mental health and the high-risk group,through strengthening symptom management and increasing social support,to relieve the adverse psychological stress,promote the physical and mental health of NPC patients under treatment.
