摘要:
目的 采用质性研究的方法对性发育异常患者主要照顾者的心理体验进行研究,以期给予有针对性的生理、心理及社会支持。方法 2020年1-12月,采用目的抽样法选取北京某三级甲等医院住院治疗的性发育异常患者主要照顾者为研究对象,以社会生态系统理论为框架,采用半结构式访谈收集资料,定向内容分析法对资料进行分析。方法 共提炼出3个主题,8个亚主题:微观系统(自身健康受影响、沉重心理负担、日常生活节奏被打乱); 中观系统(经济压力剧增、家庭氛围改变); 宏观系统(就医条件受限、信息支持薄弱、缺乏社会支持理解)。结论 性发育异常患者主要照顾者的社会生态系统不容乐观,医护人员应关注其身心健康,并有针对性地提供个性化服务,以提升患者及主要照顾者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To study the psychological experience of primary caregivers of patients with disorders of sex development(DSD)by a qualitative method,in order to provide physical,psychological and social support accordingly.Methods From January to December 2020,the primary caregivers of patients with DSD who were hospitalized in a tertiary A hospital in Beijing were selected by purpose sampling method.Based on the social ecosystem theory,semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and targeted content analysis was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 3 themes and 8 sub-themes were extracted.Microsystems(affected health,heavy psychological burden,disruption of daily life rhythm); Mesosystem(increased economic stress,changed family atmosphere); Macrosystem(limited medical support conditions,weak information support,lack of understanding of social support).Conclusions The social ecosystem of primary caregivers of patients with DSD is not optimistic.Medical staff should pay attention to the physical and mental health of primary caregivers,and provide personalized services to improve the life quality of patients and caregivers.
