摘要:
目的 修订繁体中文版头颈部恶性肿瘤患者羞耻与耻辱量表(shame and stigma scale in head and neck cancer,SSS-HNC),并检验其信效度。方法 通过专家咨询法对繁体中文版SSS-HNC进行文化调试,形成简体中文版量表并对其进行内容效度评定; 选取386例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,检验简体中文版SSS-HNC的信度和效度。结果 简体中文版SSS-HNC包含20个条目,探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为76.318%; 量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.930,各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.628～0.959; 总量表的折半信度为0.844; 重测信度为0.959; 内容效度为0.942。验证性因子分析结果显示:RMSEA=0.074,GFI=0.862,TLI=0.922,CFI=0.935,IFI=0.935。结论 简体中文版头颈部恶性肿瘤患者羞耻与耻辱量表具有较好的信效度,适用于我国大陆地区头颈部恶性肿瘤患者病耻感的测量。
Abstract:
Objective To revise the traditional Chinese version of the Shame and Stigma Scale in Head and Neck Cancer(SSS-HNC),and test its reliability and validity.Methods The traditional Chinese version of SSS-HNC was culturally-adapted to the simplified Chinese version by expert consultation.Its content validity was also evaluated.A total of 386 patients with head and neck cancer were selected for investigation,so as to test the reliability and validity of the simplified Chinese SSS-HNC.Results The simplified Chinese version of SSS-HNC contained 20 items,with 5 common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis and reporting a cumulative variance contribution rate of 76.318%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.930,and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.628 to 0.959.For the total scale,the split-half reliability was 0.844,the test-retest reliability was 0.959,and the content validity was 0.942.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that RMSEA was 0.074,GFI was 0.862,TLI was 0.922,CFI was 0.935,IFI was 0.935.Conclusions The simplified Chinese version of the Shame and Stigma Scale in Head and Neck Cancer presents good reliability and validity.This instrument is suitable for assessing the stigma of patients with head and neck cancer in mainland China.
