Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of nurses¡¯ affective domain ability on work engagement in China,so as to provide new ideas for promoting nurses¡¯ work involvement.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 56,593 nurses across the country for investigation from February to March 2021.Descriptive and correlational analysis of their work engagement and affective domain ability were conducted,together with the regression analysis of influencing factors.Results The score of nurses¡¯ affective domain ability was(101.71¡À18.50),and the work engagement score was(34.11¡À5.70).There was a positive correlation between affective domain ability with work engagement(r=0.566,P<0.01).Affective domain ability was reported as an influencing factor of work engagement(F=2831.780,P<0.01),which independently explained 29.2% of the variation of nurses¡¯ work engagement.ÿ?‚„Conclusions The higher level of nurses¡¯ affective domain ability is,the more they engage in their work.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses¡¯ affective domain ability,so as to promote their work engagement.
