摘要:
目的 了解护理类期刊中质性研究抽样报告存在的问题并提出建议,为未来规范质性研究抽样的实施提供参考。方法 检索EQURTOR、国际指南协作网、Cochrane library中的质性研究报告规范,根据专家建议选取书籍,制定抽样报告条目。检索2017-2020年中国护理科技核心期刊的质性研究文章,审查抽样过程。结果 共产生抽样报告条目10条,纳入文献729篇,在“选择此种抽样方法的理由(1.51%)”“招募时与研究对象接触的方式(2.47%)”“为何选择这些研究对象(24.97%)”“拒绝或中途退出的情况(1.37%)”等方面存在问题。结论 质性研究抽样报告中应注意阐明抽样理由、招募时的接触方式、研究对象拒绝或中途退出等情况,根据研究方法学确定停止抽样的标准,从而提高质性研究抽样报告的透明度和严谨度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo and problems of sampling reports in qualitative studies in nursing journals and the problems in the reports, and to provide suggestions for the standardization of future research.Methods The EQURTOR Collaboration, the International Guidelines Collaboration, and the Cochrane Library were searched for guidelines related to qualitative reporting standards, and books were selected based on expert recommendations.The items of sample reports were formulated. Qualitative research articles in Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China(ISTIC)nursing journals published in years of 2017-2020 were searched, and the sampling reports were reviewed.Results There were 10 items in the sampling report and 729 qualitative researches articles were identified in the literature.Problems mainly existed in the following fields: “reasons for choosing this sampling method(1.51%)”, “method of recruitment of participants(2.47%)”, “why research participants were selected(24.97%)”, “Information on participant refusal or dropped out(1.37%)”.Conclusions Researchers should pay attention to the reasons for the sampling method, the reasons for the selection of the participants, and the rejection or withdrawal of participants in the qualitative research sampling report.Appropriate criteria for stop sampling should be determined according to the methodology of the research and representative samples should be selected, so as to improve the transparency and rigor of quality research sampling reports.
